Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data, order history, and saved preferences will be permanently removed from our systems.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion through any of the following methods:

Include your full name, email address associated with your account, and a brief confirmation that you wish to delete your account.

Our representatives are available Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST. They will verify your identity and process your deletion request.
Processing Timeline
Once we receive your deletion request, we will:
- Verify your identity to ensure account security
- Send a confirmation email to your registered email address
- Process the deletion within 30 days of verification
- Send a final confirmation once deletion is complete
During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible. If you change your mind, you can cancel the deletion request by contacting us before the process is completed.

Please consider the following before requesting account deletion:
- Download any important order receipts or warranty information
- Ensure all pending orders are completed or cancelled
